Luvio 烘烤椰子與海鹽

I was skeptical about tigernut but it gives the filling this creamy, almost fragrant depth that I didn't expect from a chocolate truffle. The toasted coconut flakes on top add a nice little crunch, and the maple-sweetened chocolate is smooth without being cloying.

The balance of sea salt against the maple-sweetened chocolate is spot on, and those toasted coconut flakes give it a nice little chew. I ended up eating three in one sitting because the tigernut base makes it almost too easy to justify as a "healthy" treat.

That silky truffle centre melts almost immediately, and the toasted coconut flakes give it just enough texture to keep every bite interesting. I've eaten a lot of truffles in my time, but this one's got a naturally rich depth that doesn't rely on being overly sweet.
